This study aims to highlight the effectiveness of monetary policy in achieving its final objectives under the conventional and unconventional programs and mechanisms used to finance the public budget deficit in Algeria during the period (2015-2022). We found that these programs and mechanisms have made monetary policy in the service of persistent budget deficit financing, leading a limitation of the effectiveness of monetary policy in achieving its final objectives. |
