|a تعالج هذه الدراسة واقع السياسة الثقافية في الجزائر، من خلال التطرق لمرجعيتها التاريخية، وأهم منطلقاتها، وتحليل واقعها الحالي بقياس أدائها، والتطرق لمختلف التحديات التي تواجهها. وتبيان دورها في تنمية المجتمع، كعمل حضاري شمولي يمس مختلف جوانب حياة الأفراد والجماعات في أبعادها الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية. تأسيسا على ذلك تحاول الدراسة الإجابة على الإشكالية المتعلقة بمدى قدرة السياسة الثقافية في الجزائر الحفاظ على مرجعيتها التاريخية والتأقلم ومتغيرات العصر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن السياسة الثقافية في الجزائر لم تأخذ الحيز الكافي من الاهتمام، رغم إمكانية المراهنة عليها في الحفاظ على الهوية الوطنية، والمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية الثقافية كجزء من التنمية الشاملة.
|b This study addresses the reality of cultural policy in Algeria, by addressing its historical reference, it’s most important starting points, analyzing its current reality by measuring its performance, and addressing the various challenges it faces. And to display the role of culture in the development of society, as a comprehensive civilized work that affects the various aspects of the lives of individuals and groups in their economic, political and social dimensions. Based on this, the study attempts to answer the problem of the ability of cultural policy in Algeria to maintain its historical reference while adapting to the changes of the times. So it concluded that cultural policy in Algeria did not receive enough attention, despite the possibility of betting on it in preserving national identity and contributing to achieving Cultural development as part of comprehensive development.
