|a يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الرشاقة التنظيمية في الأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الدقهلية، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي، وتم إعداد استبيان، وتم التطبيق على عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية استطلاعية عددها (٥٠) فرد وعينة أساسية مكونة من (۳۱۰) فرد من أعضاء الإدارة العليا والوسطي في الأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الدقهلية والبالغ عددها (٤٥) نادي رياضي، وكانت أهم النتائج تهتم إدارة النادي باستمرار بعملية التحسين المستمر يمتلك النادي القدرة على مواجهة التحديات المستقبلية، تبذل إدارة النادي جهود متواصلة لاستثمار طاقتها بالشكل الأمثل، يوجد تكامل وانسجام تام بين وحدات النادي وأقسامه، يتبني النادي الأفكار الابتكارية التي يقدمها الموظفون يهتم النادي بتطوير مجموعة من الخدمات المقدمة للعملاء تتميز عما يقدمه المنافسون يعيد النادي تشكيل موارده وفق المستجدات البيئية في الوقت الملائم، يستطيع النادي إعادة هيكلة العمليات لتحقيق أهدافه بفعالية، يتصف الهيكل التنظيمي للنادي بالمرونة لمواكبة التغيرات في الأفراد والأهداف، يهيئ النادي بيئة العمل لتقبل فكرة التطوير والإبداع الذاتي، يوجد في النادي خطط استباقية لمواجهة التحديات يوازن النادي بين متطلبات أصحاب المصلحة (المجتمع، الموظفين، المتابعين، وغيرهم).
|b The research aims to identify the requirements for applying organizational agility in sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate. The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method, and a questionnaire was prepared, and it was applied to a sample chosen by the stratified random method, a survey numbering (50) individuals and a basic sample consisting of (310), a member of the senior and middle management in the sports clubs in Dakahlia Governorate, which number (45) sports clubs, the most important results were that the club's management is constantly interested in the process of continuous improvement, the club has the ability to face future challenges, the club's management is making continuous efforts to invest its energy optimally, there is complete integration and harmony between the club's units and sections, the club adopts innovative ideas presented by the employees, the club is interested in developing a set of services provided to customers that are distinguished from what competitors offer, the club reconfigures its resources according to environmental developments at the appropriate time, the club can restructure operations to achieve its goals effectively, the club’s organizational structure is characterized by flexibility to keep pace with changes in individuals and goals, the club prepares the work environment to accept the idea Self-development and creativity, the club has proactive plans to confront challenges, the club balances the requirements of stakeholders (community, employees, followers, and others).
