|a يهدف البحث إلى بناء مقياس القدرة على اتخاذ القرار الموقفي لحكام كرة القدم في جمهورية مصر العربية، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي على عينة أساسية ٨٦ حكما ممارس بالطريقة العشوائية، وتم استخدام استبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. وكانت أهم النتائج: أن درجة فاعلية استخدام التقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة في تعزيز عملية اتخاذ القرار لحكام كرة القدم كانت متوسطة، وأن الخبرة تؤدى دورا إيجابيا في صحة اتخاذ القرار لدى الحكام، وأنه ليس للمؤهل العلمي أي دور في اتخاذ القرارات من قبل الحكام ويوصى الباحثون بضرورة تطوير التقنيات التكنولوجية وتحسينها من أجل مساعدة الحكام في إدارتهم للمباريات. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا للمتغير الكمي اتخاذ القرار الموقفي وفقا لمتغير الخبرة ولصالح مجموعة أكثر من ١٥ سنة، كما يتضح وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا للمتغير الكمي اتخاذ القرار الاعتيادي وفقا لمتغير الخبرة ولصالح مجموعة أكثر من ١٥ سنة. وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا للمتغير الكمي اتخاذ القرار الموقفي وفقا لمتغير مستوى التحكيم ولصالح مجموعة المستوى الدولي، كما يتضح وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا للمتغير الكمي اتخاذ القرار الاعتيادي وفقا لمتغير مستوى التحكيم ولصالح مجموعة المستوى الدولي.
