المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان تأويل مشكل الإعراب في القرآن عند الباقلاني في كتابه الانتصار؛ وذلك عن طريق التعريف بالإمام الباقلاني وكتابه الانتصار، وبيان مفهوم المشكل عنده، كما بينت مواضع المشكل في إعراب القرآن وتأويله. واتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي، والاستنباطي القائم على استقراء نصوص كتاب (الانتصار للقرآن) للباقلاني، واستنباط الأفكار التي تخدم أغراض الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإمام الباقلاني وهو محمد بن الطيب أبو بكر القاضي البغدادي المالكي الأشعري، عاش في القرن الرابع الهجري، وعرف بتقواه وورعه، وهو من كبار العلماء، ومن أشهر كتبه الانتصار للقرآن الذي يعد أساسا للدراسات القرآنية، وأن مفهوم المشكل عند الباقلاني هو كل نص قرآني أثار شبهة لسبب ما، ويستلزم إيضاحها وبيانها بالبراهين والأدلة القاطعة. ويعد الإعراب من أسباب الوقوع في استشكال الآيات، وقد أورد الباقلاني عددا من المواضع التي يتوهم وقوع الإشكال فيها من جهة الإعراب في آيات القرآن الكريم، ودفع هذا المشكل ببيان أوجه إعرابها سواء الشائعة أو ما كان منها غير مألوف لكنه صحيح في لغة العرب.

The aim of the study was to interpret the problem of grammatical analysis in the Quran according to Al-Baqillani in his book "Al-Intisar". This was done by introducing Imam Al- Baqillani and his book "Al-Intisar", and explaining his concept of the problem. The study also highlighted the areas in the Quran where the problem arises in terms of grammatical analysis and interpretation. The researchers followed a descriptive-inductive and deductive approach based on examining the texts of Al Baqillani's book "Al-Intisar" and extracting ideas that serve the purposes of the study. The study concluded that Imam Al-Baqillani, whose full name is Muhammad ibn At Tayyib Abu Bakr Al-Qadi Al-Baghdadi Al-Maliki Al- Ash'ari, lived in the fourth century of the Islamic calendar and was known for his piety and righteousness. He is considered one of the great scholars, and one of his famous books is "Al-Intisar" for the Quran, which is considered a fundamental work in Quranic studies. The concept of the problem according to Al-Baqillani is any Quranic text that raises doubt for some reason, and requires clarification and explanation through solid evidence and proofs. Grammatical analysis is one of the reasons for encountering difficulties in understanding the verses, and Al-Baqillani mentioned several instances where the problem of grammatical analysis arises in the verses of the Quran. He addressed this problem by explaining the various ways of analyzing them, whether they are common or unconventional but correct in the Arabic language.
