يهدف البحث الحالي إلى عرض تصور نظري لقياس حماسة معلم التعليم الأساسي بجمهورية مصر العربية، من خلال مقياس حماسة المعلم الذي قام الباحثون بتصميمه ليلائم المعلمين بمدارس جهورية مصر العربية، وتكون المقياس بصورته الأولية من (۲۲) مفردة، وتم التأكد من ثبات الاتساق الداخلي للمقياس باستخدام ألفا كرونباخ وكان (٠,٨٧٥)، وللكشف عن البنية العاملية لمقياس حماسة المعلم تم استخدام كل من التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتوكيدي والتكامل بين الطريقتين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحثون بتطبيق المقياس على عينة تتكون من (۱۳۰) معلم ومعلمة بالمدارس الحكومية بمحافظة سوهاج، وقد أظهرت نتائج التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي باستخدام برنامج (22.V Spss) أن الاستجابات فرزت عاملين كامنين فسرا تباين الأداء على المقياس، كما جاء التحليل العاملي التوكيدي باستخدام برنامج (22.Amos v) مؤكدا على ذلك من خلال مؤشرات المطابقة للنموذج المكون من عاملين أساسيين حيث أنه امتلك قيم مؤشرات مطابقة مقبولة للدلالة على الصدق البنائي للمقياس، كما تمتع المقياس بخصائص سيكومترية مرتفعة، وتكون المقياس بصورته النهائية من (۱۷) مفردة، وأوصى البحث باستخدام المقياس للكشف عن مستوى الحماسة لدى المعلمين
This study aimed at presenting a theoretical vision for measuring teacher enthusiasm in Egypt, to achieve the aim of the study, researchers designed a teacher enthusiasm scale that suits teachers in Egyptian schools. Initially, the scale consisted of (22) items, to detect its factorial structure, researchers used Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and the integration between both methods. The study sample consisted of (130) male and female teacher of public schools in Sohag Governorate, with different ages and different years of experience, The results of the exploratory factor analysis using the program (Spss v.22) showed that the responses produced (2) latent factors, and after performing the orthogonal rotation (Varimax), it was found that there were two latent factors that explained the variance of performance on the scale. The confirmatory factor analysis using the (Amos v. 22) program also confirmed this through the matching indicators of the model consisting of two basic factors, as it had acceptable matching indicators values, and the scale had high psychometric properties. In its final form, the test consists of (17) items. The study recommends the use of the proposed test as a reliable tool of measuring teacher enthusiasm.
