|a يعد الاقتصاد الأخضر فرع من فروع الاقتصاد الحديث الذي ظهر نتيجة التدهور البيئي وتصاعد الأزمات والكوارث البيئية وارتفاع نسبة الكربون والتصحر، فهو ركيزة للتقدم التكنولوجي، ومن الموضوعات المهمة التي حظيت باهتمام كبير خاصة بعد فشل النظام الاقتصادي العالمي الذي أفرز العديد من الأزمات المالية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية وعدد من الظواهر جراء تغير المناخ وارتفاع حرارة الأرض والتقلبات المناخية وتداعياتها المتعددة عن البطالة والفقر والتراجع في الموارد الطبيعية، وحاول هذا البحث بيان أثر الاقتصاد الأخضر على التنمية المستدامة من خلال بعض المؤشرات، وركز البحث على قطاعات الاقتصاد الأخضر وكيفية تطبيقه من خلال الاستثمارات الخضراء، والتوجه نحو تفعيل الطاقة المتجددة، إذ كونها تساهم في تخفيض تلوث الهواء داخل الدولة، فضلا عن احتياجها القليل من المياه، استند هذا البحث إلى فرضية مفادها أن للاقتصاد الأخضر دورا مهم في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وتعزيز مؤشراتها والتقليل من الفقر، يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء إلى مفهوم الاقتصاد الأخضر ودوره في النهوض في مؤشرات التنمية المستدامة في العراق للمدة 2005- 2021.
|b The green economy is a branch of the modern economy that emerged as a result of environmental degradation, escalation of environmental crises and disasters, high carbon and desertification, it is a pillar of technological progress, and one of the important topics that received great attention, especially after the failure of the global economic system, which produced many financial, economic and social crises and a number of phenomena due to climate change, high temperature, climate fluctuations and their multiple repercussions on unemployment, poverty and decline in natural resources, and this research tried to show the impact of the green economy on Sustainable development through some indicators, and the research focused on the sectors of the green economy and how to apply it through green investments, and the trend towards activating renewable energy, as it contributes to reducing air pollution within the country, as well as its need for little water, this research was based on the premise that the green economy has an important role in achieving sustainable development goals, enhancing its indicators and reducing poverty, and the research aims to highlight the concept of green economy and its role in advancing sustainable development indicators in Iraq for the period 2005-2021.
