|a تحتاج الصورة إلى جملة من الأساليب الحديثة والفعالة لغرض استخدامها كإدة في إثبات الجريمة واستخراج الدليل الرقمي منها، الذي غالبا ما يكون هو الآخر قابل للعبث والتخريب والتزييف منذ استحصاله ولحين تقديمة للعدالة كدليل إثبات جاني، فالصورة الجنائية بشقيها الثابت والمتحرك تعتبر دليل إثبات جنائي ناجع وفعال يؤخذ به ما دامت تحترم المشروعية التي هي الإطار العام لكافة الإجراءات الجنائية، وتحتاج الصورة إلى أساليب وطرق علمية رصينة لأبعاد نظرية الشك فيها من التحريف والتلاعب دون الخروج على المقتضيات القانونية، لذا تلجأ السلطات التحقيقية المعنية بالكشف عنها بجملة من الوسائل والأساليب الحديثة تبعث الارتياح والطمأنينة في النفوس ومن جهة أخرى تبعد الشك في طريقة الحصول على هذا الدليل، كي لا يكون عرضة للبطلان، وبالتالي يضيع جهده هدرا.
