The research aimed to analyze the phenomenon of escape and naturalization of Egyptian wrestlers by identifying: the causes of the phenomenon of escape and naturalization of Egyptian wrestlers, the effects resulting from the phenomenon of escape and naturalization of Egyptian wrestlers, ways to treat the phenomenon of escape and naturalization of Egyptian wrestlers, and analyzing the discrepancy between the opinions of (trainers- administrators- wrestlers). The researchers used the descriptive approach, and the research sample was chosen randomly and its size (110) individuals, including (30) coaches, (30) administrators, and (50) wrestlers. The researchers used a questionnaire to collect information. The study was applied and the appropriate statistical treatments were carried out. The most important results were: The reasons for wrestlers’ escape and naturalization include financial reasons, administrative reasons, social reasons, and national reasons. The most important recommendations were: Recommendations directed to the media: continuous media coverage of wrestlers, focusing on their achievements, their family life, their values of loyalty and belonging, and not being satisfied with criticism and negatives only. The most important recommendations were: Recommendations addressed to the Federation and the Ministry of Youth and Sports: - Follow up and study the family situation of wrestlers and work to solve their problems immediately. - The necessity of contacting and communicating with the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Clubs to solve any problems related to wrestlers. - Working to provide comprehensive health insurance for wrestlers throughout their lives. - Life insurance for wrestlers against death or injury. - Working to provide a pension for wrestlers that will ensure a decent life for them after retirement. Recommendations addressed to the Ministry of Finance: Consider reducing taxes on salaries or bonuses for wrestlers. General recommendations include the need for continuous coordination between the various sports institutions (the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Olympic Committee, the federation, and the clubs) to quickly solve any problems faced by wrestlers.
