|a هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن علاقة إدراك المرض بمستوى القلق والاكتئاب لدى مرضى بهجت، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 30 مريضا (14 ذكور و16 إناث)، تراوحت أعمارهم بين (20-64 سنة)، تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وكل من مقياس إدراك المرض المختصر (Brief IQ) ومقياس القلق والاكتئاب الاستشفائي (HADS)، خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين ادراك المرض ومستوى القلق والاكتئاب لدى مرضى بهجت على مستوى أبعاد (التحكم في العلاج- الهوية- القلق- الانفعالات)، غير انه لم يكن هنالك ارتباط للقلق والاكتئاب لدى مرضى بهجت بكل من بعد (العواقب، التحكم الشخصي، مدة المرض وفهم المرض، كما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في مستوى القلق تبعا للجنس، وفي مستوى الاكتئاب تبعا للسن.
|b The study aimed to reveal the relationship between illness perception and anxiety and depression in patients with Behçet's disease, The study sample consisted of 30 patients (14 men and 16 women), whose ages ranged from (20 to 64 years), The descriptive-correlational approach was used and the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire (Brief IPQ) and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and statistically significant correlation between illness perception and the level of anxiety and depression on the dimensions (treatment control- identity- concern- emotions),However there was no correlation between anxiety and depression with (consequences, personal control, timeline and illness comprehensibility), There were also statistically significant differences in the level of anxiety according to gender and in the level of depression according to age.
