|a يهدف هذا المقال الموسوم ب: "الحرب التكنولوجية في العلاقات الدولية وفق منظور القانون الدولي: الصين والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية أنموذجا"، تقديم قراءة تحليلية لأبرز الحروب التكنولوجية التجارية بين الصين والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، ولا تزال قائمة ليومنا هذا. وسوف نبحث عن الآليات الدبلوماسية ومساعي الوساطة، والمفاوضات لهذه الحرب التجارية التكنولوجية بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والصين ضمن ما يسمى التكنولوجيا وتطور قواعد القانون الدولي، وتقديم رؤية مستقبلية حول الحرب التجارية بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والصين، في عام 2024م، لفهم حسابات كل طرف ومصيره المستقبلي، وسوف تكون هذه القيمة التحليلية المضافة في هذا الموضوع وفق منظور القانون الدولي في العلاقات الدولية، والإجابة عن التساؤل العام هل يعتبر القانون الدولي في العلاقات الدولية هو الميكانيزم الأنسب لإدارة هذا الحرب التجارية التكنولوجية بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والصين؟، والفرضية القائلة بأنه كلما كانت الحرب التجارية التكنولوجية بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والصين أكثر عقلانية، كلما كان ذلك الميكانيزم الأنسب لإدارتها والعكس صحيح.
|b The purpose of this article entitled “Technological warfare in international relations in accordance with the perspective of international law: China and the United States of America as a model” provide an analytical reading for the one of the most prominent trade technological wars between China and the United States of America which still exists today. We will look for diplomatic mechanisms mediation and negotiations within the so-called technology, the development of the rules of international law and the presentation of a future vision of the trade technological war between the United States of America and China in 2024, to understand each party’s calculations and futer destiny, this added analytical value will be in this subject in accordance with the perspective of international law in international relations, the answer to the general question is international law in international relations the most appropriate mechanism for managing the trade technological war between the united states of America and china?, and the hypotheses That the more rational the trade technological war between the united state of America and china, the more appropriate the mechanism to manage it.
