This study investigates organizational communication's role in crisis management within public institutions. Findings from surveys among municipal employees in Biskra reveal its significant impact on enhancing coordination and efficacy during crises. Employees highly appreciate the effectiveness of organizational communication strategies in overcoming challenges posed by emergent situations. Consequently, organizational communication emerges as a fundamental element in crisis management, crucial for navigating through challenges and ensuring continuity. Effective communication strategies enable organizations to adapt and respond adeptly to unforeseen challenges, thereby enhancing resilience. Overall, the study underscores the pivotal importance of organizational communication in crisis management for achieving success amidst adversity. |
