|b Today, women make up a significant proportion of the migrant population. However, their access to health services in host countries remains highly variable and is not systematically taken into account, despite the existence of international standards and conventions relating to human and migrant rights, including the right to health. Indeed, the right to health of migrant women is not the direct object of an international legal provision, but is reflected mainly in standards relating to the right to health, women's rights and the prohibition of discrimination.
|d Les femmes représentent de nos jours une frange importante de la population migrante. Cependant, leur accès aux services de santé dans les pays d'accueil reste très variable et n'est pas systématiquement pris en compte, malgré l'existence de normes et de conventions internationales relatives aux droits de l'homme et des migrants, y compris le droit à la santé. En effet, le droit à la santé des femmes migrantes n'est pas l'objet direct d'une disposition de droit international, mais il trouve écho principalement dans les normes relatives au droit à la santé, aux droits des femmes et à l'interdiction de discrimination.
