|a يمثل الإشهار السياسي سلاحا معاديا للسلطة وفلسفتها الحاكمة، وهيمنتها على أفراد المجتمع، وعدم المساواة بينهم، وبذلك تعد السلطة ردا منافيا لتلك الأفكار والقضايا التي تتبناها السلطة الحاكمة، وتتخذ الشواعر للتعبير عن آرائها، وللتحشيد ضد السياسة، وإلقاء الضوء على أفعال السلطة الحاكمة، بأسلوبي البوح والاعتراف، الذي يمثل ضدا للطرف الآخر بطريقة مباشرة لا رموز فيها، أو الاختفاء والاختلاف، وترك رموزا وإشارات تدل على السلطة الحاكمة، ويمثل الأسلوبين إشهارا سياسيا للسلطة المضادة، تمكنها من إيصال رسالتها الإشهارية إلى المتلقي.
