|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث أثر دلالة بعض المشتقات الصرفية في توجيه المقاصد الشرعية في الحديث النبوي الشريف؛ إذ إن المشتقات تنتج صيغا صرفية كثيرة تحمل دلالات مختلفة بما يقتضيه السياق أو النص الذي ترد خلاله، وتوصل المعنى المراد بكل دقة ووضوح. سيما أن تلك الأحاديث تمثل نصا من نصوص التشريع والأحكام الفقهية. وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح اختيارات صرفية معينة في الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة وأثرها في المقاصد الشرعية بما يدفع الشبهات أو الشكوك عند متلقيها.
|b This study aims to discuss the impact of the significance of some of the morphological derivatives in directing the legal purposes in the alhadith alnabawii alsharifi, As the derivatives produce many exchange formulas that bear different indications, which require the context or text during which they are mentioned, and the meaning is intended with precision and clarity. Especially since these hadiths represent a text of legislation and jurisprudential rulings. Accordingly, this study came to clarify certain exchange choices in the noble and noble hadiths and its impact on the legal purposes in a way that pays suspicions or suspicions of its recipient.
