|a تطرق البحث لموضوع وقف حقوق الملكية الفكرية وهي حقوق قانونية تحوي الابتكارات والاختراعات الصادرة عن نشاط فكري ومجهود ذهني في مجالات مختلفة. وتضم حقوق الملكية الفكرية براءة الاختراع وحقوق المؤلف وحقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية والنماذج الصناعية. حيث أن البحث بين مفهوم الوقف وحقوق الملكية الفكرية، وكذلك التكييف القانوني لحقوق الملكية الفكرية ومدى قابليتها للوقف والآثار المترتبة عليه. وخرج البحث بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات من أهمها أن لوقف حقوق الملكية الفكرية طبيعة خاصة، تتمثل في أمرين: حق معنوي وحق مالي، ومن أهم التوصيات تتمنى الباحثة على المشرع الأردني بيان الأثر المترتب على وقف حقوق الملكية الفكرية كونه لم يتم معالجته في قانون الأوقاف وفي قانون حماية المؤلف.

Among the most important recommendations, the researcher hopes that the Jordanian legislator should clarify the impact of cessation of intellectual property rights since it has not been addressed in the Endowments Law and in the Law.
