520 |b The world witnessed great and profound transformation following the unprecedented economies development resulting notably from the evolution of the emerging countries’ economies. In light of the environmental changes that are taking place in the world as a whole of climatic changes. due to the excessive consumption of energy conventional sources, which results in various forms of resource by meeting the current generations and preserving the rights of future generations. This study focuses on Algeria, with a view to reach the creation and the achievement of the sustainable development by promoting renewable energies, as one of strategic options to meet energy current and future needs, Algeria has immense natural resource in this respect and particularly solar energy, and from the other hard to guarantee a gradual transition to clean and non-polluting energies and envirenomtal planning in the investment to the recourses renewable energies programs.
