|a هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مستوى تكتيكات إدارة الصراعات بين الأزواج في ضواحي القدس، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتألف مجتمع الدراسة من مجموعة من الأزواج، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٨٥) زوج/ة، اختيرت بالطريقة المتيسرة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن مستوى تكتيكات إدارة الصراعات بين الأزواج جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وقد حصل مجال التكتيكات التكاملية على أعلى متوسط حسابي يليه مجال تكتيكات الاجتناب، ثم مجال التكتيكات التوزيعية، كما تبين من نتائج الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا في متوسطات مستوى تكتيكات إدارة الصراعات بين الأزواج يعزى لمتغير الجنس، وكذلك للمجالات ما عدا مجال تكتيكات الاجتناب حيث كانت الفروق لصالح الذكور، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات مستوى تكتيكات إدارة الصراعات بين الأزواج تعزى لمتغيرات: (العمر، مدة الزواج، الحالة التعليمية).
|b The study aimed to identify the level of conflict management tactics among couples in the suburbs of Jerusalem. A descriptive method was used to achieve the study objectives, and the study population consisted of a group of couples. Accordingly, the study sample comprised (185) couples, selected through convenience sampling. The study results indicated that the level of conflict management tactics among couples was of moderate degree, as the integrative tactics received the highest arithmetic average, followed by the avoidance tactics, then the distributive tactics. The study results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the average level of conflict management tactics among couples that were attributed to the gender variable, except for the avoidance tactics, where the differences were in favor of males. Furthermore, the results showed no statistically significant differences in the average level of conflict management tactics among couples that were attributed to variables such as age, duration of marriage, and educational status.
