المستخلص: Judicial notification is considered to be one of the most important procedures undertaken by the court to achieve the principle of confrontation between opponents. This procedure has been characterized by many shortcomings and defects, especially those related to the issue of timing and durations of the litigation process, which hinders the completion of judicial operations with the appropriate speed necessary to resolve disputes in a short time and little expense. For these reasons, some modern legislations have created new systems that keep pace with the scientific and technological development taking place, through the use of means of communication in the new so-called Electronic judicial notification, which has a lot of advantages in terms of efforts, time and expense.
