|a تعد الجزائر جزء لا يتجزأ من هذا العالم الذي هو اليوم يواجه ظاهرة تهدد استقرار جميع دول العالم والتي تخرب عقول وأنفس جميع فئات المجتمع أين جلب موضوع الإدمان على المخدرات والإجرام اهتمام الباحثين وظهر الجدل في اتجاه العلاقة السببية بين الظاهرتين، منهم من يعتبر الإدمان هو سبب ارتكاب الجريمة وهناك من يعتبر الجريمة سببا لتعاطي المخدرات والإدمان عليها، لأن هذه الظاهرة امتدت إلى جميع شرائح المجتمع ومست باقتصاديات الدول وساهمت في انتشار ثقافة العنف وغيرت من نسبة المجتمعات ثقافيا ودينيا واجتماعيا ونفسيا. ولذلك حاولنا معالجة خطورة هذه الظاهرة وانعكاساتها على كل المستويات وإيجاد حلول لها.

Therefore, we have tried to address the seriousness of this phenomenon and its repercussions at all levels and to find solutions to it.
