المستخلص: This study aims to address the issue of developing and improving the agricultural sector through one of the mechanisms adopted by the Algerian authorities. This involves introducing new agricultural loans to assist or rather support farmers in their activities and overcome various obstacles, whether seasonal or related to the implementation of new agricultural projects. Among the loans introduced is the "Al- Rafiq" loan, which finances short-term projects. We examined one of the agricultural investor files at the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank (BADR), Agency 622, Rouiba, Algeria. The study found that the "Al-Rafiq" loan has gained significant popularity among farmers due to its unique features.
