|a تعد المرأة في المجتمع الشعبي حافظة للتراث، حريصة على تثبيت قواعده وترسيخ منظومة القيم التي يحتويها؛ لتكون بذلك حامية له من الانقضاض والمسخ والتشويه، فالمأثور الأدبي الشعبي النسائي هو كل ما أصدرته النساء من أغان وحكايات، وبكائيات. والباحث في الأدب الشعبي يجد أن المرأة لا تقل إبداعا عن غيرها من المبدعين؛ فقد عبرت عن نفسها على نحو مختلف لا تعبر عن ذات فردية؛ خاصة أنها تعبر عن ذات جمعية، استشعرت المرأة أن هذا هو دورها ومهمتها التي حددتها لنفسها من خلال قدرتها على تشكيل الوعي الجمعي منذ المرحلة الأولى في حياة الطفل، محاولة بذلك تأكيد قيم إنسانية تنشئ عليها أبناءها. وقد احتفلت المرأة بنفسها من خلال الأدب الشعبي؛ فهي الناطقة باسم الحكمة الشعبية، والممارسة للتنشئة الجماعية، والمعبرة من خلاله عن آمالها الخاصة وهمومها الكثيرة. وتدور هذه الدراسة حول جمع أشكال المأثور النسائي في قرية سدس الأمراء، واقتصرت على الأشكال الموجودة بكثرة؛ حيث تم جمعها وتصنيفها بهدف الحفاظ عليها، ثم دراستها للتعرف على القيم والقضايا الاجتماعية، ومعرفة أسلوب تفكير ونفسية كل مجتمع. وتتلخص هذه الدراسة في جمع وتدوين بعض أشكال المأثور الشعبي النسائي في منطقة الدراسة قرية سدس الأمراء؛ ومن ثم بيان أهميتها في المجتمع الشعبي، وأيضا دراستها دراسة نصية تطبيقية في نماذج مختارة من أنواع المأثور النسائي التي جمعتها الباحثة.
