This study seeks to shed light on the criminal responsibility of the commercial company for crimes of illegal speculation, as the Algerian market has recently witnessed a clear fluctuation in many widely consumed goods and materials, as well as an unjustified rise in their prices, as a result of illegal practices represented by illegal speculation. These behaviors reached their peak during the spread of the Coronavirus Covid19, which prompted the Algerian legislator, like other legislation, to issue Law No. 21- 15, related to combating illegal speculation, which came with new substantive and procedural rules. |
