The research dealt with the issue of international criminal responsibility towards dealing with biological weapons in the synthesis and dissemination of viruses - (Corona virus as a model), and divided it into three chapters. In the first chapter, it dealt with international responsibility towards biological weapons, through two chapters. As for the second chapter, I dealt with the criminal responsibility for the transmission of the Corona virus, through two sections, the first topic is the elements of the crime of creating and spreading the Corona virus, and the second topic dealt with the position of the Egyptian legislator on the crime of creating and spreading the Corona virus. In the third chapter, I dealt with the criminal responsibility of the State of China for the creation of the Corona virus globally through two chapters. The study aimed to determine the nature of the international criminal responsibility that could fall on the shoulders of the country that caused the creation and spread of this epidemic or the World Health Organization if it failed in its role, violating one of the imperative rules in international law or custom, and what may cause behind all this a huge human and economic loss for the whole world. And if they are only allegations, then we must scrutinize them carefully before issuing prejudices, as they may have negative repercussions on the future of humanity. Although some sources claim that the spread of the virus was caused by the loss of control over it while carrying out some peaceful biological research activities. The study also reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the Corona catastrophe is one of the most difficult crises that the world has gone through, as it revealed many defects and gaps in the world as a whole, as many countries failed to manage the crisis through their national agencies, and the Corona virus and the resulting comprehensive economic devastation in the world. The study also reached a set of recommendations, including the need to use modern technology, for example, artificial intelligence, in controlling and proving crimes related to biological weapons and their spread in the form of infectious diseases.
