المستخلص: The world is currently witnessing a significant advancement in medical science with the discovery of therapeutic techniques to help spouses who were born later. By creating a method for preserving extra laboratory embryos for both internal and external artificial insemination, scientists have been able to obtain positive results from these medical experiments. This paper aims to shed light on this method, which is a contemporary concern for many types of spouses who suffer from chronic illnesses or delayed reproduction. In addition, it aims to elucidate Algerian law's position about Islamic law, as well as the rationale behind its legality and the legal restrictions on managing surplus embryos.
