المستخلص: There is no doubt that freedom of expression right is one of the bases of any democratic organized and system of and its presence depends on the existence of some important guarantees. There are also a lot of struggles and conflict between dictatorial authorities and democratic forces in order to reach such a freedom, and now preaching it has become a global reality. No one can deny that man can not live without in sorts and types of social forms, and in his social can act he needs to express his ideas by taking, writing, to drawing, and other forms of communication. That is why all re international agreements and national constitutions. Try to reciprocate the freedom of speech right through different ways that open the gate to exercise such a right in a healthy democratic climate away from any freedom suppression.
