|a يعنى هذا البحث بالأحاديث الواردة في قدوم المسافر على أهله جمعًا ودراسة، ويسعى البحث من خلال انتهاج المنهج الاستنباطي التحليلي إلى إبراز الأخلاق والآداب التي تضمنتها هذه الأحاديث؛ إبرازا لسمو التشريع الإسلامي في حفظ الود وإدامة العشرة بين الرجل وأهله، وكان من نتائجه إظهار أهمية السنة النبوية في تشكيل السلوك الأخلاقي المثالي للمسلم لا سيما فيما يخص العلاقات الأسرية، كما جاءت التوصية بأهمية إبراز القيم الأخلاقية والآداب الشرعية في أحاديث السنة الصحيحة؛ لتكون علاجا لكثير من حالات الشقاق الأسري.
|b This research focuses on the Hadiths related to a traveler's return to his family, encompassing both collection and study. Through the application of an analytical deductive method, the study aims to highlight the ethical values and etiquettes embedded within these Hadiths. It showcases the superiority of Islamic legislation in maintaining affection and perpetuating harmony between a man and his family. One of the outcomes has been to illustrate the significance of the Prophetic Sunnah in shaping the ideal moral behavior of Muslims, especially in the context of family relationships. Additionally, the study recommends emphasizing the ethical values and proper etiquettes found in the authentic Hadiths, to serve as a remedy for many instances of family discord.
