|a يشغل موضوع التنشئة والثقافة السياسية دورا مهما في الحياة السياسية المعاصرة، فالتنشئة السياسية تعد عامل مؤثر في الرقي بوعي المجتمع وتنميته وتغير نمط ثقافته السياسية، بما تحتوي عليه من قيم وأفكار متزنة تساعد في تحقيق أهداف الدولة، وتساهم في نهضة المجتمع والأفراد، لذلك تسعى الدولة ونظامها السياسي إلى تدعيم وتقوية مؤسسات التنشئة السياسية الرسمية وغير الرسمية، والعمل على تطويرها والتوفيق بين برامجها ومبادئها وصولا إلى ثقافة سياسية رشيدة لدى كافة أفراد المجتمع. كما تعد الأحزاب السياسية مدارس سياسية تهتم بالتنشئة السياسية للأفراد، لإعدادهم بأن يكونوا قادة وزعماء يتحلون ويكتسبون قدرات القيادة والخبرة في إدارة الشئون العامة للدولة، فضلا عن ذلك تساهم الأحزاب السياسية في مشاركة كافة أفراد المجتمع في صنع القرارات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية المتعلقة بحياتهم، بما يعزز الثقافة السياسية ويحقق المبادئ الديمقراطية داخل الدولة.
|b The issue of upbringing and political culture plays an important role in contemporary political life, political education is an influential factor in raising society’s awareness and development and changing the pattern of its political culture, with the balanced values and ideas it contains that help achieve the state’s goals, it contributes to the advancement of society and individuals, therefore, the state and its political system seek to consolidate and strengthen the institutions of formal and informal political education, and work to develop it and reconcile its programs and principles to achieve a rational political culture among all members of society. Political parties are also political schools concerned with the political formation of individuals, to prepare them to be leaders and leaders who possess and acquire leadership capabilities and experience in managing the public affairs of the state, In addition, political parties contribute to the participation of all members of society in making political, economic and social decisions related to their lives, In order to enhance political culture and achieve democratic principles within the state.
