|a أصبح موضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمقاولة-المعروف اختصارا ب (RSE)-كثير التداول منذ سنوات بين الباحثين والمدبرين والمهتمين الرسميين وغير الرسميين، وأصبح مدمجا ضمن تقنيات تدبير المقاولة، وأثير السؤال حول أثار أنشطة المقاولة على المحيط ونتائجها على المدى الطويل وعلى الأجيال المستقبلية أفرادا وجماعات وعلى المنظومة البيئية. سنحاول من خلال مقالنا هذا فهم أصول الحركة وتطورها من منظور تاريخي في سياق سوسيوانتاجي، ورصد مختلف تعاريف (RSE) والإشكالات التي تطرحها ووجهات النظر المتباينة والمواقف المتعارضة بشأنها، وتسليط الضوء على التساؤلات النظرية حول ما يمكنه أن يدفع المقاولة إلى أن تصبح مسؤولة اجتماعيا تتصرف كجزء حي وكيان واعي ضمن نظام أو منظومة عامة متفاعلة العناصر تشتغل في اتجاه إحقاق التنمية الترابية كوسيلة وغاية وشرط، ثم سنعمل على العناية بربط موضوع ورقتنا هذه بالدينامية التنموية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، فكيف تطور المفهوم؟ وما أبعاده وأهدافه؟ ما مكانته ضمن السياقات السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية في المغرب؟ والى أي حد يمكنه دعم إحقاق غايات ومرامي النموذج التنموي المغربي الجديد؟
|b The theme of corporate social responsibility has for years been the subject of discussions between researchers, managers, academic and civil state, is integrated into the management techniques of the company. The effects and impacts of its entrepreneurial activities on the long-term and future generations of workplaces, individuals and groups, and the ecosystem have been questioned. In this essay, we will attempt to understand the origins and evolution of the movement from a historical perspective in a sociological context, to monitor different definitions, problems, divergent points of view and opposing positions, and to highlight issues. theories about what can make a company socially responsible. A conscious entity within an interacting system or public system, working towards the realization of territorial development as a means, objective and condition, we will then work to link the subject of our document to economic development and dynamic social, how the concept, its dimensions and its objectives? What is its place in the political, social and economic contexts of Morocco? To what extent can it support the achievement of the goals and objectives of the new Moroccan development model?
