|a في الآونة الأخيرة، ازداد استخدام أسلحة الفوسفور الأبيض. حيث تشهد منطقة الشرق الأوسط تاريخا معقدا من النزاعات المسلحة والحروب، حيث تعاني المنطقة من صراعات متعددة ومستمرة عبر العصور، مما يؤثر بشكل كبير على السلم والاستقرار في المنطقة وخارجها. في كل صراع يستخدم فيه هذا السلاح، يبدأ البحث مع التركيز على التأثير الصحي والبيئي له. غالبا ما يحتج مستخدمو ومصنعو هذا السلاح بشرعيته لأنه لا توجد معاهدة دولية تحظره صراحة. من ناحية أخرى، تصف الدولة المستخدم بأنه غير قانوني ومخالف لأحكام القانون الدولي. بينت الدراسة أن الإبادة الجماعية هي موضوع يهم عديد من المجتمعات، وهي الموضوع الذي له الأهمية الكبرى، لأن له علاقة مع بالجنس البشري. وأكدت الدراسة على أن استخدام الفوسفور الأبيض السام ضد الإنسانية هو الأخطر لأنه يتسبب بالضرر المادي والجسدي.
|b Recently, the use of white phosphorus weapons has increased. The Middle East region witnesses a complex history of armed conflicts and wars, as the region suffers from multiple and continuous conflicts throughout the ages, which greatly affects peace and stability in the region and beyond. In every conflict in which this weapon is used, research begins with a focus on its health and environmental impact. Users and manufacturers of this weapon often protest its legality because there is no international treaty that explicitly prohibits it. On the other hand, the state describes the user as illegal and in violation of the provisions of international law. The study showed that genocide is a topic of concern to many societies, and it is the topic of greatest importance, because it has a relationship with the human race. The study confirmed that the use of toxic white phosphorus against humanity is the most dangerous because it causes material and physical harm.
