|a إن موضوع الإخلاص في العمل يعد من الموضوعات المهمة في المجتمع، وذلك؛ لأن له أثر فعال وخاصة على المفكر المسلم، فهو دلالة على قبول العمل، وأساس تكوين المجتمعات الإنسانية وتقدمها، حيث سلطت الضوء على أسرار الإخلاص على المفكر الإسلامي؛ لذلك جعل الإخلاص هو الأصل في كل الأعمال، فالإخلاص فعل أخلاقي يرتبط بشدة، ولا تقبل أعمال العبد إلا بإخلاص القصد والإرادة، ويعد المفكر الإسلامي من القائمين بالدعوة، يلعب الإخلاص دورا كبيرا في حياته، وفكره، وغياب الإخلاص عن فكره يتسبب في إفساد إنتاجه الفكري، ودخول الرياء على نيته يجعل هدفه ينقلب رأسا على عقب، بدلا من خدمة الله ودينه، وطاعة رسوله، إلى خدمة النفس وطلبات الدنيا ومتاعها.
|b The issue of sincerity in work is one of the important topics in society, because it has an effective impact, especially on the Muslim thinker, as it is an indication of the acceptance of work, and the basis for the formation and progress of human societies, so we shed light on the secrets of sincerity on the Islamic thinker. Therefore, he made sincerity the basis of all actions. Sincerity is a moral act that is closely linked, and the actions of a servant are not accepted except with sincerity of intention and will. The Islamic thinker is considered one of those who carry out the call. Sincerity plays a major role in his life and thought, and the absence of sincerity from his thought causes the corruption of his idea production. The introduction of hypocrisy into his intention makes his goal turn upside down, instead of serving God, His religion, and obeying His Messenger, to serving the self and the demands of this world and its enjoyments.
