|a يسعى هذا البحث إلى بيان الأحكام المتعلقة بالأمن والسلامة في المسكن المستقاة من الكتاب والسنة بناء على ما ورد فيها من الأحاديث الصحيحة؛ لما فيه من حماية للمسلم وحفظ لممتلكاته، ولما في اتباع أحكام الشريعة من الخير العميم على الفرد والمجتمع. تتمحور مشكلة البحث في خفاء الأدلة الشرعية المتعلقة بسلامة المسكن عن كثير من الناس، رغم ثبوتها بالأدلة الصحيحة، وتحاول هذه الدراسة إيضاح مسائل الأمن والسلامة في المسكن المذكورة في الشريعة الإسلامية مع بيان أقوال العلماء فيها، والترجيح بينها، وذكر العلة فيها. وقد أجملت في سبع مسائل: إغلاق الأبواب، وإلقاء السلام عند دخول البيت، وكف الصبيان عند المساء، وإطفاء النار عند النوم، وتخمير الأواني وإيكاء الأسقية، ونفض الفراش عند النوم، وعدم النوم في سطح غير محجور. وهذا البيان من خلال ذكر أقوال العلماء في كل مسألة، وذكر العلة التي ورد من أجلها الأمر أو النهي مع بيان ارتباطها بالأمن والسلامة، ثم الترجيح بينها. وانتهى البحث إلى نتائج من أهمها: ارتقاء الإسلام وعلوه وسبقه إلى الحرص على الأمن والسلامة في حياة المسلم خاصة ما يتعلق بسلامته وأمنه في المسكن. وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية صالحة في كل زمان ومكان، فهذه أحكام الأمن والسلامة تجري في جميع المساكن صغيرة كانت أو كبيرة، جديدة أو عتيقة منذ عهد النبوة.
|b This research seeks to clarify the provisions related to security and safety in the home derived from the book of Quran and Al Sunnah based on the correct Ahadith contained therein; for the protection of the Muslim and the preservation of his property, and for the observance of Shari'a provisions of the general good of the individual and society. The problem of research is the concealment of the forensic evidence related to the safety of the home from many people, although it has been properly substantiated. This study attempts to clarify the issues of security and safety in the home mentioned in the Islamic Shari'a with the statement of the scholars in it, and to compare between them. He mentioned the rationale in it, outlined in seven issues: closing the doors, greeting when entering the house, stopping the boys from going out in the evening, extinguishing fire at sleep, covering pots and water containers, cleaning bed at the safety, and then preferring between them. The research has been concluded with results, the most important of which were: the rise of Islam and its predecessors to the security and safety of the Muslim's life, especially with regard to his safety and security at the home. The provisions of the Islamic Shariah are valid at all times and places. These provisions of security and safety take place in all homes that are small or large, new or old since the time of prophecy.
