|a استهدف البحث بصفة أساسية توصيف الموقف الراهن للتجارة الخارجية الكلية بين مصر ودول اتفاقية أغادير خلال فترتي قبل الانضمام وبعد الانضمام لاتفاقية أغادير وذلك من خلال دراسة أثر اتفاقية أغادير على حجم التبادل التجاري المصري، وتطور كل من الصادرات والواردات المصرية لدول اتفاقية أغادير، وقياس أهم المؤشرات الاقتصادية، وتحليل هيكل الصادرات والواردات السلعية بين دول اتفاقية أغادير، ودراسة الأهمية النسبية للتجارة الخارجية البينية بين مصر وباقي دول اتفاقية أغادير. وكانت أبرز النتائج البحثية تزايد قيمة صادرات مصر لدول أغادير تمثل نحو ٢,٨%، ٥,٢% من متوسط قيمة الصادرات المصرية الكلية خلال الفترة قبل وبعد تنفيذ الاتفاقية، كما تبين من دراسة الهيكل السلعي للتجارة الخارجية بين مصر ودول اتفاقية أغادير أن مصر تتمتع بميزة نسبية في تصدير المنتجات البترولية والتي احتلت المرتبة الأولى بما يعادل ۲۸% من إجمالي قيمة صادرات مصر لدول أغادير، يليها منتجات الصناعة الكيماوية بنسبة ۲۰%، بينما تعتبر مجموعة وسائل النقل وقطع غيارها الأقل تداولا بنسبة تصل إلى حوالي 0.3% فقط من إجمالي قيمة الصادرات المصرية لدول أغادير، وقد تبين وجود أثر إيجابي لاتفاقية أغادير لكل من دولة الأردن، والمغرب، وتونس، بينما كان لها تأثير سلبي لمصر حيث يظهر تضاؤل الصادرات المصرية لأعضاء دول اتفاقية أغادير.
|b The Agadir Agreement is consists of Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt and Jordan. The problem of research reveals the decline in the volume of trade exchange between Egypt and the rest of the Agadir countries. The research aims at studying the following objectives which are: 1- Study the impact of the Agadir Agreement on the volume of Egyptian trade exchange, 2- The Study of the evolution of the volume of Egyptian trade exchange to the Agadir countries during the period (2007-2019), 3- The most important economic indicators of the Agadir countries, 3- The structure of commodity exports and imports between the Agadir countries, 4- The relative importance of intra-foreign trade between Egypt and the rest of the Agadir countries during the period (2015-2019). The main findings of the research show that: 1- The value of Egypt's exports to Agadir countries represented about 2.8%, 5.2% of the average value of total Egyptian exports during the period before and after the agreement, and the value of Egyptian imports from Agadir countries amounted to about 0.47%, 0.55% Of the average total value of Egyptian imports before and after the agreement, respectively. 2-The value of Egyptian exports to Agadir countries during the period (2007-2019) has taken a decreasing trend, while The value of Egyptian imports from the countries of Morocco and Tunisia has taken an increasing trend. 3- The population of Agadir countries represents about 37.2% of the population in the Arab world. Agadir countries accounted for about 18.4% of the Arab world gross domestic product, 11% for Egypt during the period (2015 2019). With regard to the per capita of gross domestic product. The result shows that the rise of this share in Jordan, followed by Tunisia, Morocco, and finally Egypt, The results also showed that Egypt came in the front of the Agadir countries to attract foreign investments, followed by Morocco, Jordan and Tunisia. The result also indicated that the total exports to total Agadir countries constitute about 10% of the total volume of exports to the Arab world, while the volume of its total imports amounted to about 15.5% of the total import volume of the Arab world. 4- Studying the commodity structure of foreign trade between Egypt and the countries of the Agadir Agreement, the results showed that Egypt enjoys a comparative advantage in the export of petroleum products, which ranked first with by 28% of the total value of Egypt's exports to the countries of Agadir, then the chemical industry products by 20% of the total value of Egypt's exports to the countries of Agadir, while the group of transportation and its spare parts is the least traded by up to only about 0.3% of the total value of Egyptian exports to Agadir countries, during the period (2015- 2019). Search recommends the following :1- Establishing a network of commercial information and websites that includes all the required commercial information and data necessary for trade exchange between Egypt and the countries of Agadir. 2- Searching for mechanisms to achieve further economic integration and integration among the member states to benefit from the advantages offered by the agreement to the member states, and to upgrade the level of trade relations with commercial interest in import and export with the member states.
