المستخلص: This study provides insight into several of the legal decisions made by Sheikh Imam Taqi al-Din Abu al-Hassan Ali bin Abdul Kafi, who is renowned as (Taqi al-Din al-Sabki). Which can be found in the writings of his son, Imam Tajideen al-Sabki, specifically in his book "the Great Shafi'i classes." In this publication, Imam Tajideen al-Sabki has diligently gathered and presented his father's legal choices. In light of the four well- known jurisprudential doctrines- or other ones, as necessary- the researcher examines these decisions and presents any supporting data. An introduction, two chapters, the disciplines, and a conclusion make up this study's structure. In the first chapter, the researcher outlined Imam Taqi al-Sabki's political, social, and scientific existence and demonstrated how the Alla.
