|a استهدف البحث دراسة الاستخدام الاقتصادي للموارد المائية في محافظة الوادي الجديد، من خلال تقدير توليفة التراكيب المحصولية المسؤولة عن تحديد كمية الموارد المائية المطلوبة وتسعير وحدة المياه ليسترشد به متخذ القرار في وضع السياسات الزراعية؛ لترشيد استخدام مياه الري، لتلبية احتياجات الزراعة بالمحافظة، باستخدام التحليل الاقتصادي الوصفي والكمي بالإضافة إلى استخدام البرمجة متعددة الأهداف لوضع بدائل للتراكيب المحصولية الأوفق؛ لتعظم كل من صافي العائد الفداني من الأنشطة الزراعية، وصافي العائد من وحدة المياه، بالإضافة إلى تدنية الاحتياجات المائية، في ظل مجموعة من القيود والمحددات الإنتاجية والاقتصادية لكل نشاط بالمحافظة، وقد توصل البحث إلى ثلاثة سيناريوهات تمت مقارنتهم بالتركيب المحصولي الراهن، حيث تبين أن السيناريو الثالث والذي استخدم فيه القيود للمساحات المحصولية وفقاً للحد الأقصى، أكثر منطقية مقارنة بنتائج نموذج البرمجة في السيناريو الأول والثاني، حيث ارتفعت قيمة صافي العائد بحوالي 3.8 مليار جنيه بنسبة زيادة بلغت نحو 104.7%، وبالرغم من زيادة الاحتياجات المائية بنحو 13.8% مقارنة بالوضع الراهن، إلا أن تلك الزيادة قابلتها زيادة في المساحة المقدرة بالسيناريو الثالث بلغت حوالي 206.2 ألف فدان بنسبة زيادة بلغت نحو %34.8 مقارنة بالوضع الراهن، ما يترتب عنه إتاحة المزيد من فرص العمل بهذه الأنشطة المقترحة قدرت بنحو 20% زيادة مقارنة بالوضع الراهن، كما ارتفع معدل عائد وحدة المياه بنسبة زيادة بلغت نحو 220.8% مقارنة بعائد وحدة المياه بالوضع الراهن.
|b The target of this study is to find out the optimum use of irrigation water through the selection of the efficient cropping pattern in New Valley Governorate, The Goal programming is the methodology, which is directed to fulfil the efficiency cropping pattern in New Valley Governorate, The Model is building under each of, the objective function, constrains of cropping area, constrains of water requirement for each season, and some control constrains. The results show that (3) Scenarios to compared by current cropping pattern, the third scenario is more logical than the other, where the net return value increased by about 3.8 billion pounds, an increase of about 104.7%, in spite of the increase in water requirements by 13.8% compared to the current cropping pattern, this increase was offset by an increase in the estimated area in the third scenario, which amounted to about 206.2 thousand fed., an increase of about 34.8% compared to the current cropping pattern. As a result, job opportunities were created with these activities, estimated at 20%, an increase compared to the current cropping pattern, the net revenue of m3/ LE increased by about 220.8% compared to the net revenue of m3/LE in the current cropping pattern. and the research recommends expanding the cultivation of wheat palm, barley and garlic for winter crops, maize, sorghum, groundnut and sweet corn for summer crops, maize, sorghum, groundnuts, sunflowers and sesame for Nile crops, and prickly pear for perennials, to achieve savings in irrigation water used in the governorate.
