المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى " اختبار فعالية برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام المدخل الوقائي من منظور الممارسة العامة للخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية الجانب المعرفي للشباب الجامعي للتوعية بمخاطر الجرائم الإلكترونية ". ولقد اعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية على المنهج شبه التجريبي باستخدام القياس (القبلي -البعدي) لمجموعة ضابطة وأخري تجريبية من عينة عمدية الشباب الجامعي عددهم في كل مجموعة ١٥ طالب جامعي وفقاً لشروط معينة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة قبول الفرض الرئيسي والمتمثل في " توجد علاقة إحصائية ذات دلالة معنوية بين برنامج التدخل المهني باستخدام المدخل الوقائي من منظور الممارسة العامة في تنمية الجلب المعرفي الشباب الجامعي للتوعية بمخاطر الجرائم الإلكترونية. كما خرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات الهامة لتنمية الجانب المعرفي للشباب الجامعي بمخاطر الجرائم الإلكترونية.

The study aimed to develop the cognitive aspect of university youth to make them aware of the dangers of cybercrimes by using the preventive approach from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work. Therefore, professional intervention efforts sought to achieve the main goal: "to test the effectiveness of the professional intervention program using the preventive approach from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work to develop the cognitive aspect of university youth to raise awareness of the dangers of cybercrimes. Therefore, the field study relied on the semi-experimental method that uses pre and post measurement using a control group and an experimental group, from a non- random sample, each of them consists of (15) university youth according to certain conditions. The study results showed acceptance of the main hypothesis, "There was a significant statistics between the professional intervention program using the preventive approach from the perspective of the generalist practice of social work and developing the cognitive aspect of university youth about the cybercrime's dangers. The study presented a set of recommendations necessary to develop the cognitive aspects of university youth about the cybercrime's dangers.
