الهدف من الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس الجمعية العامة للمعاهد القومية. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، كما استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات حيث قامت بتحليل نتائج الدراسة وتفسيرها. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٦٩) العاملين في مدارس المعاهد القومية، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي: * توافر المتطلبات البشرية لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس الجمعية العامة للمعاهد القومية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة في مستوياتها المرتفعة. * توافر المتطلبات الإدارية لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس الجمعية العامة للمعاهد القومية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة في مستوياتها المتوسطة. * توافر المعوقات البشرية لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس الجمعية العامة للمعاهد القومية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة في مستوياتها المتوسطة. * توافر المعوقات المادية لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس الجمعية العامة للمعاهد القومية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة في مستوياتها القليلة والمنخفضة. * توافر معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في مدارس الجمعية العامة للمعاهد القومية من وجهة نظر أفراد عينة الدراسة من وجهة نظر أفراد العينة في مستوياتها المتوسطة.
The aim of the study: The study aimed to implement electronic management in the schools of the General Assembly of National Institutes. The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and information, as it analyzed and interpreted the results of the study. The aim of the study consisted of workers in National Institutes' schools, who were chosen by the random sampling method, and the results of the study reached: * The availability of human requirements for the application of electronic management in the schools of the General Assembly of National Institutes from the point of view of the members of the study sample at their high levels. * The availability of administrative requirements for the application of electronic management in the schools of the General Assembly of National Institutes from the point of view of the members of the study sample in their intermediate levels. * Availability of human obstacles to the application of electronic management in the schools of the General Assembly of National Institutes from the point of view of the members of the study sample at its intermediate levels.* The availability of material obstacles to the application of electronic management in the schools of the General Assembly of National Institutes from the point of view of the study sample members at their low and low levels. * The availability of obstacles to the application of electronic management in the schools of the General Assembly of National Institutes from the viewpoint of the study sample members from the point of view of the sample members at their intermediate levels.
