المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى استقصاء الانعكاسات السلبية لأزمة كورونا "COVID 19 " على صناعة القرار التعليمي بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في دولة الكويت، وذلك لوضع رؤية مستقبلية تحد من تلك التأثيرات السلبية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي للكشف عن الواقع الراهن لانعكاسات أزمة كورونا COVID 19"" على صناعة القرار التعليمي بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في دولة الكويت وفي ضوء ستة أبعاد وهي (تحديد المشكلة وتحليلها- جمع البيانات والمعلومات- إيجاد بدائل لحل المشكلة- تقييم البدائل المتاحة- اتخاذ القرار التعليمي وتنفيذه- تقييم المردود والعائد) لصناعة القرارات التعليمية خلال أزمة كورونا، وقامت بإعداد استبانة مكونة من (٤٢) عبارة حيث لكل بعد سبع عبارات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (٣٦٨) مشارك من قيادات وزارة التربية في الكويت، والقيادات الإدارية بمناطق (العاصمة -الجهراء- مبارك الكبير) التعليمية، والمدراء والمدراء المساعدين بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي بتلك المناطق بدولة الكويت. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن وجود اتفاق بين أفراد عينة الدراسة الحالية بنسبة مئوية تقدر بـ "٨٦ %" على وجود انعكاسات سلبية مرتفعة المستوى لتأثير أزمة كورونا COVID 19"" على صناعة القرار التعليمي بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في دولة الكويت، وجاء البعد الخامس: اتخاذ القرار التعليمي وتنفيذه في الرتبة الأولى بأعلى مستوى لتأثير أزمة كورونا، يليه في الرتبة الثانية البعد الأول: تحديد المشكلة وتحليلها، وفي الرتبة الأخيرة البعد الرابع: تقييم البدائل المتاحة ودورها في صناعة القرارات التعليمية خلال أزمة كورونا، وبناء على ذلك تم تقديم الرؤية المستقبلية للحد من الانعكاسات السلبية لأزمة كورونا "COVID 19" على صناعة القرار التعليمي بمؤسسات التعليم قبل الجامعي في دولة الكويت.

The current study aimed to investigate the negative repercussions of the “COVID 19” crisis on educational decision-making in pre-university education institutions in the State of Kuwait, in order to develop a future vision that limits those negative effects. The researcher used the descriptive approach to reveal the current reality of the repercussions of the “COVID 19” crisis. The educational decision-making in preuniversity education institutions in the State of Kuwait and in light of six dimensions, namely (defining and analyzing the problem- collecting data and information- finding alternatives to solve the problem- evaluating the available alternatives- making and implementing educational decision- evaluating the outcome and return) for making educational decisions during the Corona crisis, She prepared a questionnaire consisting of (42) phrases, where each dimension has seven phrases, and the study sample consisted of (368) participants from the leaders of the Ministry of Education in Kuwait, the administrative leaders in the (the capital- Jahra- Mubarak Al-Kabeer) educational areas, and the principals and assistant directors of pre-university schools. those areas in the State of Kuwait. The results of the study showed that there was agreement among the members of the current study sample with a percentage estimated at “86%” on the existence of highlevel negative repercussions of the impact of the Corona crisis “COVID 19” on educational decision-making in pre-university education institutions in the State of Kuwait, and the fifth dimension came: decision-making Education and its implementation in the first rank with the highest level of impact of the Corona crisis, followed by in the second rank the first dimension: identifying and analyzing the problem, and in the last rank the fourth dimension: evaluating the available alternatives and their role in making educational decisions during the Corona crisis, and accordingly the future vision was presented to reduce the repercussions The negative impact of the COVID-19 crisis on educational decision-making in pre-university education institutions in the State of Kuwait.
