المستخلص: اكتنف البحث فصول أربعة فصول: الفصل الأول (الإطار المنهجي) تضمنت مشكلة البحث التي أفرزت التساؤل الآتي: كيف حررت الليبرالية الفنان من القيود وما هي أهم معطياتها للفن التشكيل العالمي المعاصر؟ أستكمله بأهمية البحث والحاجة إليه وهدف البحث وحدود البحث وتحديد المصطلحات. إما الفصل الثاني (الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة) ويتضمن مباحث ثلاثة. جاء المبحث الأول: المفهوم الفلسفي للفكر الليبرالي. أما المبحث الثاني فقد اشتغل فيه الباحث: الأسس والمبادئ للفكر الليبرالي والليبرالية الجديدة. أما المبحث الثالث فقد طرح الباحث: الفكر الليبرالي في الحقل الجمالي. والفصل الثالث (إجراءات البحث) مجتمع البحث وعينة المنهج وطبيعته، والأداة المعتمدة في التحليل، ومن ثم تحليل العينة البالغة (20) أنموذجاً. والفصل الرابع نتائج البحث والاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات، فضلاً عن قائمة المصادر، وكان من النتائج التي توصل إليها منها: عملت الليبرالية على انفتاح أفاق الفنان من خلال اكتساب الحرية التامة التي أنتجت إنجازات فنية مختلفة في توظيفها وطرحها الفكري. أما الاستنتاجات التي توصل إليها الباحث منها: تقيد الفنان وعدم اكتسابه الحرية التامة، يقلل من انفتاح آفاقه ويحدد من معجمه الفني فتكون إنتاجاته الفنية متأثرة بأسس ثابتة.

Chapter one (the methodological framework): This chapter focuses on the topic of the research, which has resulted in this question: How did Liberalism free the artist from the restrictions? And what are its outcomes on the world contemporary plastic art? And this chapter has been completed with importance of the research, its need, the purpose of the research, the area of the research, the determining of the terms. Chapter Two (The theoretical framework and the previous studies) includes three fields: The first one: The philosophical concept of Liberalistic Thinking. The second: in this field, the researcher has explained the foundations and principles of the Liberalistic Thinking and the New Liberalism. The third: in this field, the researcher has discussed the Liberalistic Thinking in the aesthetic field. Chapter Three (The research procedures): the research community, the method sample and its nature, the techniques used in analysis, and the analysis of the sample whose number is 20 samples. Chapter Four: the results of the research, conclusions, recommendations and suggestions. Furthermore, the list of references .The results of the research have been: Liberalism has broadened the horizon of the artist through the acquisition of complete freedom that has led to various, artistic achievements as regards the functional and intellectual concepts. The conclusions, which the researcher has reached: The artist is restricted, and is not fully free, and that which does not broaden their horizon, causing the reduction of their artistic resources. So, their achievements will be influenced by constant foundations.
