|a يعتبر التغير المناخي مختلف التحولات التي تطرأ على الظواهر الجوية وذلك من خلال ارتفاع درجات الحرارة العالمية، وهذا ما حدث للعالم في العقود الأخيرة، فقد أصبحت هذه الظاهرة تشكل تهديدا خطيرا على صحة الإنسان وأمنه البشري بمختلف ركائزه المائي والصحي والغذائي خاصة في الدول النامية، وامتدت هذا المخاطر عبر الحدود، لذلك لاقى هذا الموضوع اهتماما دوليا، فقد عقدت من أجله عدة مؤتمرات دولية خاصة مؤتمرات الأمم المتحدة وإبرام اتفاقيات دولية وذلك من أجل الحد أو التخفيف على الأقل من حدة وخطورة هذه الظاهرة على الأمن الغذائي للبشرية.
|b Climate change is the various shifts that occur in weather phenomenon through the rise in global temperatures, and this is what has happened in recent decades. This phenomenon has become a serious threat to human health and human security in its various water, health and food pillars, especially in developing countries. Across borders, so this issue received great international conferences were held, especially United Nations conferences, and international agreements were concluded in order to reduce or at least mitigate the severity and danger of this phenomenon on human food security.
