|a الأهداف: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان حقيقة الالتزام الأخلاقي؛ التزام عكسته معاملة وأخلاقيات رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم باعتباره أسوة للعالمين. المنهجية: سلك الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال الاستقراء الجزئي للنصوص الشرعية في تأصيل الأخلاق والتدين من حيث الأحكام والاستشهاد بالأدلة. الخلاصة: أهم ما توصل إليه البحث أن الأخلاق التطبيقية المعيارية صورة ظاهرة للتدين والعقيدة الصحيحة، بملاحظة المتغيرات الكثيرة كما ونوعا، حفظا للموروث وتقويما للوافد بما يضمن مرونة الإسلام، وصلاحية التشريع لمواكبة المستجدات من متغيرات العصر طبقا للقواعد والأصول الأخلاقية الثابتة، حيث تتجلى آثارها على مستوى البنية الفقهية في النوازل والمستجدات الطبية، والحيل الفقهية في المنتجات المالية، وغيرها من أخلاقيات الأعمال. من خلال ثنائية الأخلاق والتدين في الشريعة الإسلامية في ظل الثبات والتغير.
|b Objectives: This research paper aims to clarify the truth of moral obligation; a commitment reflected in the treatment and ethics of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, as an example to the worlds. Methodology: The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach by partially inductively studying the religious texts to establish the principles of ethics and religiosity in terms of rulings and citing evidence. Conclusion: One of the most important findings of the research is that standard applied ethics is a visible image of religiosity and correct belief, by observing the many variables in quantity and quality, in order to preserve the heritage and evaluate the newcomers in a way that guarantees the flexibility of Islam, and the suitability of legislation to keep pace with the developments of the era’s variables in accordance with constant moral rules and principles, where their effects are evident at the structural level of Jurisprudence in calamities and medical developments, and the jurisprudential tricks in financial products, and other business ethics. Through the duality of morality and religiosity in Islamic law in light of stability and change.
