My research, entitled: “The Impact of the Contextual Clues upon Imam Al-Shatby on the Generic Reference” deals with the general joints and the main plans that Al-Shatby saw as solid foundations that come with semantic precision. It protects the slippage from looking at the individual from the whole to the part. The research shows the aesthetic intermingling between the technique of rhetorics and assets and their cooperation and giving each other to the best possible indication, and highlights the role of rhetoric's and dominance in the Shatby as a basic criterion and compass sensitive orientation of fundamentalism in the investigation of words to achieve its purpose of evidence in the best way. The researcher faced difficulty for the need to achieve a balanced view of the rhetorical vision of the context borrowed by the fundamentalist vision and developed to be a mixture of them, and the most important sources that benefited the study is the book Sea Ocean in the assets of jurisprudence of Zarkash. The research consists of two topics dealing with the first topic: What is the contextual vision of the Shatby and its general characteristics, and the second topic: the impact of the contextual vision of Shatby in the meaning of the word which indicates the general and followed them with a conclusion that included the most important results. |
