The United States adopted the peace process in the Middle East, and its purpose is to protect its interests, which it has built over the past years. It adopted these interests. It therefore invited the Madrid Peace Conference and joined the call of the Soviet Union to end the failure of the process alone. And welcomed all of them, despite the delay in the initiative of the United States and attend the Madrid Peace Conference, where the conference was held in two stages, including the first words of the audience on the one hand. At the closing session, the choice was made for Madrid to hold the second phase of the bilateral talks between the Arab parties and Israel. Washington had a prominent place to discuss the parties and the discussions between the parties concerned continued over eleven rounds 242, 338 and 425. The bilateral talks ended with the signing of the Oslo Agreement between Israel and the Palestinians in 1993. |
