المستخلص: Moral behavior is a key element of our civilization which is influenced by many factors and lack of understandings of what is a good moral and what is bad. The concept of moral behavior in light of Islamic thought in addition it intends to highlight the factors that influence citizens’ moral behavior in the Islamic communities. The crucial objective of this research paper is to provide a mean by which a reduction of crimes and other illegal or forbidden could be controlled and reduced by linking the past with the present by providing a scholarly views and perspectives of great scholars. The results of the discussed qualitative data indicated that human behavior is effected by their morals, and is a psychological trait that affects the behavior outside's appearances which constitution a well-knit psychological organization that stays potential within the self and only appears in the suitable time of the driving activity, stimulant reception, and of successful responses.
