المستخلص: Message hiding is one of the common methods used to protect confidential messages. In this research paper, a modified LSB method for message hiding will be presented. The presented method will use the image division into several segments and then rotate each segment by 90 degrees so that the locations of the values of each pixel are changed and the data is hidden in specific segments according to a specific index. After the data hiding in the specific sections according to this index is finished, we hide the data again in the sections in which the data was not hidden. To increase the complexity of the message, we use the zig zag method to change the locations of the message letters to protect the message from hacking. The proposed method will maintain the quality of the stealth image as in the LSB method. The efficiency of the proposed method will be close to the efficiency of the LSB method. The proposed method will be implemented and tested using different images and different cover images, and the obtained results will be analyzed to prove the advantages provided by the proposed method.
