|b This study explores the perspectives of community pharmacists (N=73) regarding the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for drug interaction assessment. Participants, encompassing diverse educational backgrounds and clinical experience, reported varying familiarity with AI. Encounters with drug interactions demonstrated a delicate landscape, with participants expressing challenges related to data comprehensiveness and interaction complexity. While most currently do not employ AI, those utilizing it exhibit high confidence in its effectiveness. Statistically significant findings reveal a positive relationship between remarked AI effectiveness and confidence levels. Preferences for AI applications in drug-drug interactions align with their dynamic nature in clinical settings. Factors influencing AI integration, including transparency and regulatory adherence, were identified. Despite concerns about biases, participants expressed keen interest in future AI-related research. These insights comprehensively understand community pharmacists ' readiness for AI in drug interaction assessment.
