المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان العمل على الصعيد الجماهيري الشعبي بدبلوماسية شعبية من خلال أنشطة عالمية كمونديال قطر 2022 الذي من شأنه أن يعزز الرواية الحقيقية والسردية الفلسطينية، وباعتبار أن المنتخب الفلسطيني غير ممثل بالمونديال إلا أن المنتخب المغربي وبجدارة وبشهادة العالم أجمع أوصل وحمل القضية الفلسطينية إلى النصف النهائي للبطولة، في حين أن قطر قد فاقت كل التوقعات من كافة الجوانب وأعطت صورة مشرقة عن العرب والمسلمين من خلال تنظيمها لهذا المونديال العالمي، وبالتالي أصبحت قطر نموذج يحتذى به في نجاح وتنظيم البطولات العالمية، بالإضافة إلى صمود المنتخب المغربي في وجه كل المنتخبات العالمية، الأمر الذي أجبر الجميع عربا وعجما بأن يقفوا تحية حب واحترام وأن يشيدوا بهذا المنتخب العريق الذي مثل الأمة جمعاء خير تمثيل أخلاقيا وكرويا وعربيا وإسلاميا، فيما عد رفع العلم الفلسطيني من قبل المغاربة في أعلى منبر عالمي رياضي بمونديال قطر 2022 كفعل مقاوم شعبي ضد الاستعمار لفلسطين، واعتبر التفاف العرب والمسلمين على المنتخب المغربي بالتزامن مع القضية الفلسطينية كقضية مركزية انتصارا للقومية العربية، وقدم المنتخب المغربي ومشجعيه القضية الفلسطينية بدبلوماسية شعبية لفت انتباه العالم أجمع، بأساليب عفوية ورمزية دون استراتيجيات وتخطيط وبروتوكلات رسمية، فكان المنتخب المغربي نموذجا يحتذى به وتصدر عناوين الأخبار والمجلات والصحف الذي نبه العالم من جديد بالقضية الفلسطينية.

This study aims to demonstrate work at the popular level with popular diplomacy through global activities such as the Qatar 2022 World Cup, which would enhance the true Palestinian narrative, and considering that the Palestinian team is not represented in the World Cup, the Moroccan team, with merit and with the testimony of the whole world, reached and carried the Palestinian cause to half. The final of the tournament, while Qatar exceeded all expectations in all aspects and gave a bright image of the Arabs and Muslims through its organization of this World Cup, and thus Qatar became a model to be emulated in the success and organization of world championships, in addition to the steadfastness of the Moroccan team in the face of all international teams, Which forced everyone, Arabs and non-Arabs, to stand in greeting with love and respect and to pay tribute to this ancient team that represented the entire nation well, morally, football-wise, Arably and Islamically, while raising the Palestinian flag by Moroccans at the highest international sporting platform in the Qatar 2022 World Cup as an act of popular resistance against the anti-colonialism of Palestine. The fact that the Arabs and Muslims supported the Moroccan team in conjunction with the Palestinian issue as a central issue was considered a victory for Arab nationalism, and the Moroccan team and its fans presented the Palestinian cause with popular diplomacy that attracted the attention of the entire world, using spontaneous and symbolic methods without official strategies, planning and protocols. The Moroccan team was a role model and made headlines in news and magazines. And the newspapers that once again alerted the world to the Palestinian issue.
