|a هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد مقياس الإبداع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر السباحين. والتعرف على مستوى الإبداع التنظيمي لدى المدربين من وجهة نظر السباحين. استعمل المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي والدراسات الارتباطية والمعيارية، وتحدد مجتمع البحث من (السباحين) والبالغ عددهم (121) سباحا، وتم إعداد مقياس الإبداع التنظيمي بواقع (20) فقرة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد (الإصالة -الطلاقة الفكرية-لمرونة الذهنية-المخاطرة-حساسية المشكلات) وبدائل الإجابة ثلاثية (دائما، أحيانا، أبدا) ومفتاح التصحيح (1، 2، 3) للفقرات الإيجابية (1، 2، 3) للفقرات السلبية وللمقياسين، واستخدمت الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لغرض معالجة البيانات. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصل إليها الدراسة الحالية، وما لحقها من تفسيرات، جاءت الاستنتاجات ومنها الاتي: -من خلال عرض نتائج البحث وتحليلها ومناقشتها توصل الباحثان إلى الاستنتاجات الآتية: -مقياسي والإبداع التنظيمي الذي أعده الباحثان صالحان لقياس الإبداع التنظيمي والأداء المهني لدى المدربين الرياضيين في السباحة.، -تتمتع عينة البحث (المدربين) بدرجة جيدة في والإبداع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر السباحين.
|b The study aimed to prepare a measure of organizational creativity from the point of view of swimmers. And identifying the level of organizational creativity among coaches from the point of view of swimmers. The descriptive approach was used using the survey method and correlational and normative studies. The research population was determined from (121) swimmers. An organizational creativity scale was prepared with (20) items distributed over five dimensions (originality- intellectual fluency- mental flexibility- risk- sensitivity to problems). The answer alternatives are three (always, sometimes, never), and the correction key (3, 2, 1) for the positive items (1, 2, 3), for the negative items and for the two scales. The statistical package (SPSS) was used for the purpose of processing the data. In light of the results reached by the current study, and the subsequent interpretations, the conclusions came, including the following: Through presenting, analyzing and discussing the research results, the researchers reached the following conclusions: The two scales and organizational creativity prepared by the researchers are valid for measuring organizational creativity and professional performance among sports coaches in swimming., The research sample (coaches) has a good degree in organizational creativity from the swimmers’ point of view.
