المستخلص: يعتبر التكامل الاقتصادي من أبرز المظاهر التي يتسم بها المجتمع الدولي المعاصر، لأنه من أنسب الأساليب لبناء علاقات اقتصادية دولية تعاونية في إطار إقليمي أو عبر إقليمي، حيث اتجهت الدول إلى بناء تفاعلات سلمية خاصة في إطارها الاقتصادي كاستراتيجية جديدة لبناء علاقاتها الخارجية تحقيقا لمصلحتها الوطنية، وبالرغم من الاهتمام الذي لاقاه التكامل الاقتصادي من طرف الدول في شقه العملي، بقي هذا التكامل موضوع اختلاف على مستوى البناء المفاهيمي والنظري، وهو الأمر الذي تحاول هاته الدراسة إيضاحه بالتطرق إلى مفهوم التكامل الاقتصادي، تأصيله النظري، مؤشراته، والنظريات المفسرة له.

Economic integration is one of the most striking features of the contemporary international community, because it is one of the most appropriate methods for building cooperative international economic relations within a regional or trans-regional framework. States have tended to build peaceful interactions, especially within their economic framework, as a new strategy to build their external relations for their national interests. From the attention given to economic integration by the countries in the practical division, this integration remains a matter of difference at the level of conceptual and theoretical construction, which this study attempts to clarify by addressing this concept.

L'intégration économique est l'une des caractéristiques de la communauté internationale contemporaine, car c'est l'une des méthodes les plus appropriées pour établir des relations économiques internationales coopératives dans un cadre régional ou transrégional. Les États ont eu tendance à instaurer des relations pacifiques, en particulier dans leur cadre économique, en tant que nouvelle stratégie pour renforcer leurs relations extérieures au service de leurs intérêts nationaux. De l'attention portée à l'intégration économique par les pays, cette intégration reste une question de différence au niveau de la construction conceptuelle et théorique, que cette étude tente de clarifier en abordant ce concept.
