|a تعد إدارة الوقت من بين أهم المحاور التي تحضي باهتمام كبير في مختلف مجالات المعرفة الإنسانية، وذلك نظرا للحضور القوي لهذا الموضوع في كل مناحي النشاط الإنساني، من عمل، ودراسة، وتكوين، وتعليم، وتسيير، وإدارة...، ولهذا السبب أصبحت إدارة الوقت مصدرا هاما وموضوعا محوريا يتجاوز مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية، إلى إدارة المنشئات الصناعية للربوت الآلي، وإدارة الأبحاث، وكل ما تعلق بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي، فإدارة الوقت أصبحت ترتبط بالهدف لا بالفواعل. لقد أكدت مختلف المقاربات والنظريات المتعلقة بإدارة الوقت أن محددات النجاح الحقيقي في مختلف المجالات إنما تتوقف بالدرجة الأولى على إدارة الوقت وتنظيمه وحسن استغلاله، وبناء على ذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الإلمام بجوانب مفهوم إدارة الوقت والاتجاهات الحديثة لهذا المفهوم.
